Not bad. I would pair down a bit on the green. Your mana-base looks 55/45, but I think you have more red ATM. Plus it makes Koth :'(.
I'd swap the {Raging Goblins} for {Mogg War Martial)s since you aren't looking for aggro, but you get two chumps in one card. It's almost strictly better than {Dragon Fodder} because you can pay the echo and end up with three chumps in a way.
I'm not really a fan of {Dragon Whelp}s either, but that's probably just me.
I am not a huge fan of the dragon welps either but I wanted something to fill the void between my 2 and 5/6 casting cost. I thought about taking the welps out all together and adding either 2 {moltensteel dragon}'s or one moltensteel dragon and one {voracious dragon} or maybe even two voracious dragons. Also I do like the idea of the war marshall. I'll try it both ways between {dragon fodder} and the {Mogg war Marshall}.
By the way what did you mean by ATM? Don't understand that abbreviation. I know you didn't mean a** to mouth and that's all I could think of.

Automated Teller Machine didn't come to mind, but that did.
*Ahem* Why not use both fodder and war martial? If you swap the whelps for some mana excell like {Geosurge}s and {Seething Song}s you should be able to skip right to your 5-6s early.
