Make a card that is the leader over a card type. Ruler over land, (basic, then nonbasic) ruler over arcanes, ruler over instants, ruler over sorceries, ruler over creatures, (please split this into creature types, separate rulers for separate creature types. Ruler of rouges, ruler of elementals, ruler of demons, etc...) ruler of legendarys, ruler of artifacts, and ruler of planeswalkers.
