{oblivion ring} / {detention sphere} wayyy before {murder}. Possibly a few {syncopate} if you feel like you want counters

Also, you have a few milling cards. I recommend just losing those for things that will help you better control the game (such as counter spells). :p

Mill should strictly be from the utity land Nepalia. I have tried mind grind, however, there are better cards for that slot. Think less creatures more control spells since you won't have to tap out on your gun to play them. Also it might suit this deck to run 25-26 land.

Needs boards wipes such as supreme verdict, {Terminus}, and  {Planar Cleansing}, with the optimal number being 4 verdicts and 2-3 terminus and 1 cleansing. Sphinx's revelation is espers 2nd best friend. Azorius charm is espers best friend. I woul run 4 azorius charm, and 3-4 revelations. It all depends on what your willing to spend. The best creatures are  {Augur of Bolas}, {Snapcaster Mage},  {Restoration Angel},  {Drogskol Reaver}, and  {Angel of Serenity}.

Less 1 of's will always help unless Are making a deck like darkbant also less creatures and more spells add counter spells keep some mill as a second win con

Yes I concur counter spells are a must but don't run more than 5, 2-3 is the best. But that depends on the meta game.
