So this deck needs work, it has too many cards and I need some suggestions in how to thin it down and more focused.

It seems I have a problem when building decks that I find so many great cards that work together I put them all in.
Don't get me wrong, this deck plays, and well too! It's different every time and beyond the odd slow start it's really awesome when it gets going and not much can stop it (yes I've really played it with this many cards)

more cards on the way to tweak and focus. I need your help! Lol

Well are you wanting a creature based deck moreso or creature based deck?

Just had a quick look through, personally I would remove:

{Phylactery Lich}
{Wall of Frost}
{Guard Gomazoa}
{Diabolical Tutor}
{Gravepurge}
{Quest for the Gravelord}
{Grim Discovery}
{Howling Mine}
{Khalni Gem}
{Magebane Armour}

Both or just one of the walls and guards? they work very well to hide behind.
The howling mine works awesome in this, I think it would be hard for me to drop it, same with the gem who also helps trigger landfall for the crab when they come back into play.
Thanks for the tips, I'll make some changes and see how it goes :)

Too many creatures for an effective mill deck.  You can get by with 14 creatures or so in a 60 card mill deck.  I would focus your other spells on 25% creature control, 25% countering, 50% mill spells, and splash a little card drawing in there somewhere.  I would also dump the cards over 5 CMC so you can drop lands to 23-24.

Ok thanks! I'll keep tweaking it then :)
