Title: Flicker
Post by: Seth5000 on March 11, 2013, 01:36:58 PM
I think I already know the answer to this since I play flicker a lot but if I flicker say thragy two turns after I summon him would he have summoning sickness
Also if I do the same thing the turn I summon him would he have summoning sickness or would it not apply anymore?
Just need confirmation that I'm right cuz friend is arguing

Every time a creature enters play (regardless of why, flicker reanimation summoning etc) it is a new object with no memory of previous existance. This is the reason you can flicker something targeted by {murder} and when the murder tries to resolve it cant find the creature even though the actual card is sitting right there.

Short answer, every creature is summoning sick wheb it enters play for any reason. (Except haste).

If a creature leaves the battlefield and returns, and does not have haste, it will have summoning sickness. Flicker effects are no exception!

Edit: Dang, got Kaleo'd!
