In terms of abilities solely, and the ability to use all abilities(quickness of using ultimate, if the ultimate is worth using) who do you all think is the most powerful PW? Im trying to get an answer based on fact, not playability/meta/perference. Which PW would you MOST like to have on the field, assuming you could play him/her for FREE?
I'd say {Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker} or {Karn Liberated}.
{Jace, the Mind Sculptor} overall but free? {Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker}

If I wasn't paying the mana cost? {Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker} and {Sorin Markov}.

{Dream Halls} is the only way I can think of.

{Show and Tell} + {Omniscience} + Whatever Planeswalkers you want.
We haven't had any cards that really reference planeswalkers. {Tarmogoyf}, {Dreadbore} and {Merciless Eviction} come to mind, everything else is reminder text about attacking Planeswalkers.

That too. In terms of cheating them into play, it is difficult as so few cards reference planeswalkers - and the ones that do deal with destroying them.
Edit: oooooo {Jhoira of the Ghitu} could do it. Just have to suspend em.
If you play medium CMC then {Abrupt Decay} can get annoying.
{elspeth tirel} is pretty fast to ulti and its pretty good if you play control.
{Nissa Revane} if I have my deck as a back up
For free bolas. Blow up other walkers/enchantments/land/artifact, steal a creature, then his ultimate.
But over all best I would say {Jace, the Mind Sculptor}

{ajani vengeant} is pretty strong, and his ulti cripples most opponents
{Liliana Vess} or {Venser, the Sojourner}
{jace, architect of thought} for his mini fact or fiction or {tezzeret the seeker} for his artifact tutor ability.

Kiora Atua. A perfect Timmy planeswalker. And she's {u}{g}! And a merfolk! She's everything I love about mtg. Now if they'd just release her...
