Notes:
Delver build ive been working on. Revolves around {delver of secrets} (obviously) as well as {guttersnipe} and {judge's familiar}, which is good for a 1/1 flyer for 1 as well as a good counterspell if they tap out on an X spell.

I need ideas and suggestions on some good Gatecrash cards that would go well in here.
I was really disappointed by this.. I hoped someone had found a good UB delver build ): ...other than that..looks good!!! ..aside from the title..

Fixed it.
Much better! I like the deck overall.. But I'm weary on the {rapid hybridization} since you have no good way of dealing with the mutant .. (No restos) and it kinda rapes all your creatures..

I'd say just take out those for unsummon..
I strongly feel this list prefers a searing spear over mizzium mortar. And probably dissipates too, over essence scatter. Just feel like you get stuck with creature counter an you need to counter a removal to save the delver.
Ill definitely consider and try some of these suggestions. Personally I like {rapid hybridization} to make their fatties more manageable. But I guess it is more of a SB card considering human decks is still a thing. Im also considering going Grixis for some more removal and to take advantage of some of the Dimir cards.
It's good in modern for sure lol rakdos charm is so crucial. I honestly feel like American delver might be decent? Two of the best threats in the game in geist and delver, the best sweepers along with a way to save your delver with boros charm and kill all their stuff. 4 delver 4 resto 4 snapcasters. 22 lands and 24of the best instants and sorceries with 2 runechsnters pikes. I feel like it could be strong.
Im toying with grixis and American right now. American can quite expensive with snaps and geists, but I feel like it could port over to modern/legacy much easier.
Plus, if I went that route, delver could get his probes, snags, and ponders back.
If only ponder wasn't banned
You could even play Reckoner if you can't get geists

{Boros reckoner} is a little less mana specific than geist. That isn't a bad idea.
You could then run like a one of harvest pyre along with the pikes and then just thought scour yourself all day haha
In my experience, Geist has become fairly easy to deal with. I was running Esper and it just seemed like every time I dropped Geist, my opponent kinda just shrugged and got rid of it somehow. Reckoner, on the other hand seems just as difficult to get rid of, and is almost a necessity to get rid of in most cases.
Yeah im kind of leaning towards the reckoner. Im also leaning towards going legacy with it hahah. So yeah.
Going legacy pros: {ponder}, {careful study}, THE BEST COUNTERSPELLS, mono {U} is feasible, can splash {B} to just get downright nasty with it.
Cons: FNM doesn't cater to legacy. That's about it hahah.
