Looks great, personally I'd swap the {diregraf ghoul}s for {black cat}s
With all the +1 guys you have they will be strong enough, plus I've found people hate to discard cards so they stop attacking (or blocking) :)

Also I'd swap either the doom blades or the throats for the new {tragic slip} you won't find many creatures that are bigger than 13/13 so it's a great way to takedown rather than those with clauses.

Maybe think about {highborn ghoul}. It is a 2 drop with intimidate. Pretty solid IMO. Well at least put it in the sideboard.

I wouldn't run {havengul runebinder} he is too slow to cast at 4 cmc and then his ability costs 3 to pull creatures from your GY and give your zombs +1/1 counters and that is soaking up a lot of your mana for little benefit.  So the Havengal is working against your Grimoire and it is working agaisnt {mikaeus unhallowed} since your zombs wont benefit from undying if they have +1/1 counters.  I would take all 3 out and put in 3 {forbidden academy} this will help your card drawing and to fill ip your GY for Grimoire......

Side Note: where is Guru? Let me send up the guru signal....ðŸ'©

Just a General question:
How Good or Bad is {undead warchief} in a Zombie Deck? O.o

I have 2 that I incorporated in a zomb deck....mine failed but I didn't give it much effort.  Keep in mind that he gives himself 2/1 as well.

Tragic slip has a clause too. It's called morbid. The -13-13 isn't guaranteed. I don't see the benefit of replacing doom blade or go for the throat with it.

Considering you will be sacrificing guys for grimgrin, it should be easy to trigger, plus not hard to let a token or a gravecrawler die.
