Oooo. I don't see {Doubling Season}. Double counters for all of your planeswalkers.

That was my first thought. Probably should add more ramp especially those that search for "Forests". It will allow you to grab the shocks you need. Might want to also consider picking up a {Cavern of Souls} to cast your commander.

I would definitely use those over signets any day. The signets are really just for mana fixing, but these two cards above fix your mana way better

So ditch the signets, add a {doubling season} and color fixes. That leaves 7 slots open, suggestion for those 7?

I would add a few ramp spells. Especially those that let you search for "forests" which will allow you to grab your shock lands. I would also pick up a {Krosan Verge}, and possibly a {Mana Reflection} and tutors when you can get them.

Rings was an Allstar in my child of alara planes walker, lands deck. It ran about 60 lands most of the time, about 52-54 in the planes walker version.

Gotta add a bunch of brooms to sweep up creatures and other pesky permanents. {Wrath of God}, {Obliterate}, {Jokulhaups}, {Damnation}, {Plague Wind}, {Supreme Verdict}, etc.

Also I'd add a {Faith's Reward} to put all your planeswalkers that you "ulti" in a turn back into play to do it again, especially if you have {Doubling Season} in play. It also doubles as a protection against your own sweeper spells if you don't have Avacyn in play.

Good idea on the sweeps, the only one ill avoid is {jokulhaups} due to not having mana at all after and having such a high curve, thus I asked about political cards in another thread. I do love the {faiths reward}, especially since I don't have any counters at all

{Contagion Clasp} and {Contagion Engine}? Especially the latter, it functions as really good removal as well! Maybe other Proliferate spells also? {Tezzeret's Gambit} is pretty sweet, and I'm a big fan of {Volt Charge}.

Yeah dude holy crap, {Inexorable Tide}, {Steady Progress}, {Thrummingbird}?!?!? I'm pretty sure only about 5 of the 15-ish Proliferate cards are NOT beneficial to this deck. There's removal, counters, geez. Check 'em out for sure!
