I want to know of any staples for a {Sheoldred, Whispering One} edh deck like good sac outlets and just all around good cards
The first thing you'll want with Sheoldred is a full graveyard. This is a little tricky to do without blue, but certainly not impossible. Cards like {Buried Alive}, {Entomb}, and {Corpse Connoisseur} can help fill your grave. {Liliana Vess} is a nice choice for discarding as well, and can serve as a potential mass resurrection. As for sac outlets, there's plenty! Why not make your opponent suffer with you? {Innocent Blood}, {Barter in Blood}, and {Braids, Cabal Minion} are very nice ways of clearing the field. I'm a huge fan of Braids + Sheoldred myself. There's also {Sadistic Hypnotist}, {Culling Dais}, and {Claws of Gix} if you want repeatable sac outlets. If you're sacrificing so much, I'd throw in a {Butcher of Malakir} and {Grave Pact}. Now, for some good cards to put in the grave. First off, any of the non-legendary eldrazi are great ({Artisan of Kozilek}, {It That Betrays}, etc). {Massacre Wurm} is lovely, and will bolster Sheoldred's effect by adding damage, and shut down most token decks. {Rune-Scarred Demon} and {Demon of Death's Gate} are great targets as well. {Avatar of Woe} is a nice addition to any grave themed deck, and {Grave Titan} is nice, since he can give you tokens to sac as well. {Phyrexian Obliterator} is a solid card, and not difficult to hard cast if you can't put him in the grave. As for straight up good cards, I've always been a fan of {Painful Quandary} and {Temporal Extortion}. That should be enough to get you started, have fun!

Thank you i just found like 9 cards to add to my deck
Also, if you need permanent removal, I'd throw in a {Spine of Ish Sah}. With sac outlets like {Claws of Gix}, it turns into an 8 mana permanent kill life gain spell that's reusable. A little pricey mana-wise, but with mana boosters like {Black Market}, {Caged Sun}, and {Gauntlet of Power}, it should be fine.
