Use curly brackets around card names to link them, it makes it easier for people to know all the cards :D
I would say you should be running a full playset of {Gravecrawler}. It's a very good card, and it makes {Grimgrin, Corpse-Born} huge! (Infinitely so when you have {Rooftop Storm} out.
Looks like a fun deck! Maybe add {Watery Grave} or {Darkslick Shores}?
