4 x {Dragonskull Summit}
4 x {Blood Crypt}
6 x {Swamp}
7 x {Mountain}
4 x {Stromkirk Noble}
2 x {Vexing Devil}
4 x {Knight of Infamy}
3 x {Stromkirk Captain}
3 x {Vampire Nighthawk}
3 x {Falkenrath Aristocrat}
3 x {Hellrider}
3 x {Searing spear}
4 x {Tragic Slip}
2 x {Faithless Looting}
4 x {Madcap Skills}
2 x {Dreadbore}
2 x {Dead Weight}
Suggestions??
-2 rakdos
+2 keepers?
-4 undying evil
+2 bump in the night
+2 searing spear
-2 rakdos
+2 Falkenrath Aristocrat
Also wouldnt play vexing devil
Undying evils primary function is to force vexing devil on the field T2, so the devils would most likely come out with it :) suitable one drop replacement?
I'd drop {Rakdos, Lord of Riots} and {Bloodline Keeper} for 4 {Falkenrat Aristocrat}s
And
-4 {Undying Evil}
+4 {Searing Spear}
And maybe {Legion Loyalist} if you're wanting to drop the devils?

As its aggro yes

Aggro needs its burn
It's aggro and the bloodline keeper is pretty essential in vampires..drop it before aristocrat and they HAVE to waste a removal on it, and if they don't they usually don't have one and then aristocrat hits, now you have endless sac dudes coming from bloodline keeper for the aristocrat

I do that in my rakdos vampire mid-range deck

That's definitely a more midrange approach. Solid synergy though!
Not really midrange, it just gives you other options than going all in and being blown out you know? Because vamps is an all in deck. I think that intimidate chick isn't bad either. A little evasion is always good
{Shadow Alley Denizen}?
Another creature that synergizes with the bloodline keeper
I don't know. Those are both really good, but I don't see the aggro to them :-\. Seems a little bit slow for typical aggro. I don't know if the OP was wanting a vampire theme or an aggro theme more though.
Yeah haha. I mean if nothing else the list he has is good but drop The Lord of riots for aristocrat and maybe have it curve out with zealous conscript as one of those "just need a little more the get through and look what I top decked" lol. Just one tho I think
Yeah that seems pretty good.

The whole point of my deck is so I get out a creature and using {Rakish Heir}, {Curse of Stalked Prey} and {stromkirk captain}, swing , then swing bigger each turn, or use {Bloodline Keeper} to make lots and lots of buffed up flying tokens
@silent... My deck was all vamp themed with more of a mid range approach before I altered it and Tryed it more aggro. I was running...
-4 vexing devil
-2 rakdos
-2 Hellrider
+4 blood artist
+2 Olivia voldaren
+2 vampire nocturnus
-4 madcap skills
-1 dreadbore
+2 killing wave
+1 Liliana of the dark realms
+2 Bump in the night
@ teysa, I like curse of stalked prey, especially once you toss your heirs out, 4 1/1 counters a swing look good to me
Nocturnus will forever be my favorite card because of flavor. Such a cool card.
So you are going more aggro with it now, though?
I'm on the fence honestly, as I would like to play it in a standard event coming up. The pure vampire theme wasn't cutting it so I'm torn between bringing it to midrange or aggro. My meta sees a lot of control decks, hence
My switch to aggro but still not so sure.
Honestly, I don't really see tribal vamps being super competitive in Standard, however I only ever play Mono {B} vamps instead of {B}{R} for some reason. I'd say aggro is probably going to be your best bet. In my experience, that's going to be better against control than midrange.

I dunno, my vampire deck is pretty brutal. One of my friends who doesn't play very often borrowed it at our Fnm the other night, came 4th. So someone that was more familiar with it could possibly do better.
I don't even have falkenraths in there yet.
Huh. Maybe I underestimated them then. That's pretty cool. Vampires are by far my favorite tribal deck.
It may also just be strong in my meta.
So I got my hands on 3 aristocrats and another hell rider I figure I'll run 3 of each for my 4 drops. How does aristocrat run in an aggro deck without humans or more sac creatures? Should i make some additions to help boost her up?
It good if your FNM is expecting it, I stoped playing It as after 3 FNM I went from 5th pace to 14th cos my deck was expected!!!
You shouldn't really slam an aristocrat unless you have another creature you wouldn't mind sacrificing for it, like a late Noble. If you get a noble draw turn 3 you can drop it then turn 4 attack with both then sac it if need be to the arictocrat. Or you could put a few cheap 2 for ones to sacrifice such as undying creatures
Just posted my modified deck. Kept two devils and tossed in The searing spears for some burn, infamy works well aggressively or as a sac outlet for my aristocrat. Couple dead weights just for a potentially cheaper chain kill with tragic slip. And finally the 3 aristocrats and one more Hellrider just because they are beastly :) thoughts?
Also looking too pick up a couple Geralf's for the three drop, Geralf's t3 then aristocrat and sac Geralf's t4 seems like a nice little combo to me
At that point you might just run Br zombies.
Side note: vexing devil and undying evil doesn't work quite how you want it to. You would have to give it undying I. Response to its ETB trigger. Aka you opponent would know about it beforehand. So all you do I guess is stick a vexing devil where 4 life is probably better
