My bro has a friend at school that plays magic and he says that he's got some coupons for $5 fat packs but they can't be used at my LGS do basically they are usable at Walmart and places like that
My bro said his friend would give me a coupon if I gave him 3 packs out of it
My bro is gona bring me one from him as soon as he can

Fake coupons are illegal. It isn't real, but rather one of those coupons you find on 4chan and other places.

They will probably take them, if the barcode is legit. But coupon forgery is a serious crime, even if you don't know it's a fake.

You could link to the guide as proof and example of the false nature of the coupons, ive never even heard of such a thing. People have some nerve.

If it's too good to be true..

One test you could do is to bring your bro's "friend" with you to walmart, give him the money to buy it and use the coupon.  Bring your brother and someone else as witnesses.

If he gives an excuse you know it's not legit.  I would stay away.
