Title: Mind control-maalfeld twins

If I  {Mind Control} my opponen's  {Maalfeld Twins} then [a few turns later] it dies who gets the tokens me or my opponent?

You'd get them. Whoever is the controller of the card when it dies will get the tokens.

And just because I love rulings, Rule 603.03a talks about how the controller of the source of the trigger is the one who puts it on the stack.
