Triskelion gains undying from Mikaeus, remove a counter and hit a player for 1, remove 2 counters and kill Triskelion. Remove 2 counters and hit a player for 2, remove two more and kill Triskelion, rinse and repeat.

You only need to remove the last counter to kill the {Triskelion}. Still, kudos!
