This is probably very obvious but I want to be sure before I toss a deck together with it.

Here is a situation. Multiplayer Kitchen Table. 4-6 players total. I have {Exquisite Blood} in play. Opponent A attacks and damages Opponent B causing lose of life. Will I still gain life thanks to EB? I'm pretty sure I will but like I said, want to be sure.

All it cares about is opponents losing life; it doesn't care how.
