After playing assemble, play {Descent Into Madness}, then your opponent exile permanents while you just exile the tokens from assemble. Hamelback Goliath is put on the field because the assemble the legion's tokens still come on the battlefeild, and hamelback gets the +1/+1 counters. This deck can be slow, so use nevermore, and slaughter games to help.
