You first need to make sure Healer of the Pride and Vitu Ghazi Guildmage is on your field.
Then play Rhox Faithmender that's 14 life gained right there.
Then play Trostanni, Selesnya's Voice. Another 14 life gained.
Now the next turn depends on your mana situation, but I'd recommend pulling some strings so you have at least 10 mana in this next pool.
Play Armada Wurm then it's token comes in. Boom. 20 life gained. Populate with Trostanni. Boom 10 more.
If you can drop growing ranks and populate at least twice every turn, you will gain on average of 41 life every turn and have a wall.
I've won rounds in tournaments with this.

I think I'm missing something. Why is the Guildmage in there and where are you getting 14? I'm counting 4 for each creature...
Trostanni's ability lets you gain life equal to toughness. And guild is to populate more.
You would need to have {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice} on the battlefield in order to benefit from her life gain trigger when {Rhox Faithmender} comes in. In addition, she will not trigger life gain from herself entering the battlefield, (though you would still gain 2 from {Healer of the Pride}) as her effect does not become available until after she has entered and ETB effects for herself have already been triggered.
Here is what I have pulled off a few times with my Selesnya deck. It only works against slower decks but the look is priceless when it does. Turn 4 play {Parallel Lives}. Turn 5 {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice}. Turn 6 {Rhox Faithmender}, 10 life gain. Turn 7 drop {Armada Wurm} for 30 life then {Cloudshift} him for 30 more life.
Edit: this can start round 3 if you can get an {Avacyn Pilgrim} out round 1 or 2.
