Title: Assemble the legion
Post by: Rob on February 24, 2013, 12:29:43 PM
When I have  {Assemble the Legion} out and my opponent plays  {Illness in the Ranks} , what can I do to save my token Soldiers?

I'm not sure on effects... How does one choose which Effect happens first? Wouldn't the Tokens die if the -1/-1 happens first? Or do they happen at the same time?

They are static so both work at the same time, your soldiers are 1/1 vigilance

If you have the virtue out first, it'll be fine, as the two cards will just cancel each other out. If you don't, you'll have to counter their card, or play an instant speed buff, but the buff would only save them until the end of the turn.

Or you may have to stoop so low as to adding a card like {Cursebreak} to your sideboard to remove enemy enchantments.
