This looks pretty well constructed. I think you would do well but you might have a difficult time with bant midrange or some sort of control/beat down deck. Maybe even the mirror :D
Against basic aggro this should survive long enough to win and it has enough resilience to beat out a control deck. The only real problem I can see is fighting through a {Thragtusk} ;)

Thinking about replacing {Liliana of the Veil}
With {Gideon, Champion of Justice} 1 or 2. He seems like a better fit in this deck then lili to me thoughts?

I played against a deck almost exactly like this at fnm. It was very nice. {Obzedat, Ghost Council} was very difficult for me to deal with. I run bant midrange/control. You can't {Supreme Verdict} it, and he didn't attack me me so I couldn't {Azorius Charm} it either. He got me down to 1 life, but I was able to gain some life and beat him up with {Sigarda, Host of Herons}.

And this was basicly why I went 3-1 last night at FNM... Hence my thought of useing the new gideon as an extra body and board threat. Yay or nah?

Should run 2 {vault of the archangel} cause it can really help you last later in the game.

Also, {gift or orzhova} could help you a lot, it gives you that extra push you may need against midrange/control.

Do you have a sideboard for this deck? If not id suggest running other removal options in the SB, such as {tribute to hunger} versus midrange as an example. If you habe a SB then posting it would help as theres a lot you could do with it. {mutilate} when you have geralf's messenger out and gravecrawlers is evil(though i wouldnt MB it) as it takes out sigarda as well. Besides that you could run some reanimator hate SB and be set to stop anything
