Title: Curse of the Cabal, Mindslaver

If my opponent has out a suspended {Curse of the Cabal} and I use {Mindslaver}, can I make them sacrifice all of their land to put time counters on the curse?

Ok thanks That's what I thought but I wanted to ask to be sure
