I think you need some more mana ramp... Only 2 {birds of paradise} and 2 {dawntreader elk}s? Everything else besides the geists cost over 5 mans and you need to be able to play your big guys as fast as possible.
Edit: I didn't see the elves as well. I think you should replace 2 elves with 2 birds. I took a closer look and saw lots of mana that I didn't see before... My bad! Disregard the first part of my post.
