Title: Plainswalkers, Keyrunes, Summoning Sickness

Do planeswalkers like  {Gideon Jura} , and artifact like  {Rakdos Keyrune}, Can I attack with
Them on turn I play it.

Nope. Just remember this rule:

If a card has not been in your control since the start of your turn, it has sickness. Note that I say "card", not "creature". All permanent crds have summoning sickness. So if a card becomes a creature but you still have not controlled it since your turn started, it has sickness and cannot attack.

A chair can have the flu on it but it will go unaffected because it isn't a living thing. Make it a living thing while it still has the flu and it will get sick.

A very weird way to put it but I think it gets the point across.

Planeswalkers cant attack if able to turn into a creature the turn you bring them into play, but you can activate one of their abilities on the turn you drop them in play though.
