Played against this at MNM and it was surprisingly consistent. It's similar to the infinite powered {Falkenrath Aristocrat} combo. They used {Cartel Aristocrat} for a sac outlet to sac {Fiend Hunter} that has a {Angel of Glory's Rise} exiled. But before that they sac {Huntmaster of the Fells}. If it was pulled of correctly the aristocrats were impossible to get rid of.
They ran four color? Did they use extreme control before the combo?
Sounds like a really sweet combo
It's called huminator a guy at my lgs has gone top4 with it for like 2 weeks now very consistent and annoying to play.

Yeah it goes off pretty quickly. If you don't handle it in the first few turns you are done

Played against it on cockatrice with coffee's SuperfriendsFog... And only one thing that saved me both games was Terminus.... Not even verdict helps...
And yes it is pretty consistent... And really quick... Again good reason why to have RiP on sideboard...:D or {Grafdigger's Cage}...:D
The deck started using {Undercity Informer} with {Burning-Tree Emissary} to mill out
