Green usually has creatures with the highest power/toughness.

Yes I think it is green especially ooze and beasts but the casting costs are bit higher though.

Green certainly has the largest creatures. Red and white have strong small, fast, aggressive creatures though, depending on what kind of "attack" you prefer. What would you like to attack with on turn 5? 1 8/8? Green. 4 2/2's or 2/1's? Red/white.
