Is there anything that can kill {Predator Ooze}? I play a lot of people who run this card and can never beat them because its indestructible.

Tragic slip is one of the best ways to get ooze gone. If you're playing control azorius charm it then either mill with Nepalis drown yard or go ahead and counter it when they play it again
you can flicker a creature then counter it when it comes back into play?

{Azorious charm} can put it on top of the owner's library. Do that, then counter it when they play it next turn.

I don't believe so. That's what makes obzedat so scary

No. You can only counter something when it's CAST. Not when it enters the battlefield. Otherwise, flickering wouldn't be so effective.
