I'm going to post because I know we've all thought of it already, I figure it out using him in EDH.
{Biovisionary} + {Phyrexian Metamorph} + {Clone} + {Phantasmal Image}. End turn

Id prefer a  {Dream Halls} + {Biovisionary} +  {Rite of Replication} combo :)

You'll still have to pay the kicker cost, but still, never occurred to me to use rite of replication. Very clever. And dream halls would make it much easier to cast, leaving you with some protective counter mana open.
