Wow have I been gone a while lol but seriously does {Stifle} stop Bloodrush?

Yes, i believe bloodrush is an 'activated ability.'

I can't see how....well. If I blood rush a creature, but it's on the stack I can stifle the activated ability.

Seems legit??

Bloodrush is indeed an activated ability. It has the cost:effect wording and everything. {Stifle} can counter a bloodrush.

{Rubblehulk} would be very sad.

And just because Keyeto loves being complicated.....If we want to get really technical, Bloodrush is nothing more than an "ability word" and actually has no specific rulings. However, each Bloodrush card has an activated ability that can be {Stifle}d 😉

 {Stifle} is seriously one of my favorite cards of all time. It's so useful. Fetches, miracles, artifacts, ETB effect. So rad!
