-5: deal damage to target creature or player equal to the number of lands you control.
-X: reveal the top XX cards of your deck. Put all creature from that into play and discard the rest. Those creatures have haste. Exile them at the end of the turn. You take X damage.
Starting loyalty: 3
That last ability rediculous
Rediculously overpowered, or rediculously nerfed?
Edit: I guess there is always the chance she'll drop a couple bombs. Maybe it damages you for X?
Edit: one ability thins your deck for her X ultimate. The other works off of how you thinned. And the X ulti ties into her first ability

Well, that's what {Rafiq of the Many} would be like if he got his spark. I've always liked him from the shards set and he should get a spark to fight along side Gideon.

-3 - Remove a time counter from target card.
-12 - Exile all cards in each players hand, graveyard, library, and field with 10 time counters on them. Each player gets a emblem that says " You cannot loss the game from drawing and during each upkeep remove a time counter from target card.

Because of his nature, I think it would make more sense for his ultimate ability to read"ruthealer the wild one DEALS X DAMAGE to each opponent, where X is twice the number of Goblins you control."

So, obviously a {Kaalia of the Vast}-themed Planeswalker. I've been in love with Dega, and Kaalia in particular, ever since I started playing Commander. So a 'Walker dedicated to her cause is a dream of mine.

-3) Exanche control of one card you own, either in play or in your hand with a card an opponent owns either in play or in his/her hand.
-7) Gain control of half the permanents target player controls rounded up. That player puts half his/her library rounded up on his/her graveyard.

Ok so this is basically a planeswalker just for the flavor.
He's an expert merchant so the +1 ability is basically seeing what you have in "stock", drawing the card is basically you ordering new merchandise from the stock.
The +0 is you seeing the "merchandise" of the other merchants, so that you know if their merchandise is good or not.
The -3 is basically you making "business" or "trade" if you will with another merchant.
Lastly the -7 is your competition going bankrupt and because of that they're forced to loose their "stock" (library) and you get to have the majority of their property.
That looks like a fun card to play!
