I would love getting some tips for my deck. I'm new to magic and need some tips to make my deck stronger.

Add 3-5 land, and lose most of your one of cards. You have to many singular cards, you want 3-4 of most cards for consitancy sake.
Looks like you have the bones of the battalion deck lol. I love me some boros Agro, so here's a few tips.
1. More lands, try to get around 24 in total, 25 or more is if you have a higher maximum mana cost. But 24 or 25 is the standard in a regular boros deck.
2. Like said above, get about 3 or 4 your creatures instead of a lot of 1 of a lot of them. Having 1 of some is okay if it still accomplishes your goal In a deck, but find some creatures or spells that are invaluable to your goal (in this case swinging with lots of creatures, triggering battalion effects, and having a few enter the battlefield combo effects).
3. A few additions you would need are some 1 cost creatures. You have a couple, but this deck has little speed. You would like a couple midnight duelists from avacyn restored, a few elite vanguards (from a few sets) and a couple stone wrights from avacyn restored. Maybe a blocker or 2 would help you out too. Finally you need a pretty big trump card like catharsis crusade.
