Innistrad or avacyn restored? General consensus seems to be that innistrad is king, from what ive read.

Innistrad IMO. More options for good cards.

I think innistrad is best because of stuff like snapcaster and  {Geist of Saint Traft} which you can trade (if you don't need them) for cards that will help you more.
