If a flip card like {Chosen of Markov} has an enchantment on it like {Bonds of Faith} it gives her +2/+2 until she is turned. But when she turns she is no longer the original target so will the enchantment fall off or stay when she flips?
Enchantment and equipment stays attached unless they gain protection from the color or artifacts
And then she's no longer human and the enchantment pins her down making her useless

Ouch.
When a double-faced card is turned over, nothing else about the card changes but the stats that come. It is still the same permanent, not a new object. So an enchanted werewolf that flips won't lose the enchantment. Same goes for cipher and equipment, counters, etc.

Thanks

What about for an evoke creature, when said card flips will an evolve creature on the field get a counter?
Nope, when a flip card flips it is still the same entity - it did not re-enter the battlefield, so it flipping/transforming would not trigger evolve, which happens when creatures enter the battlefield.
