Can people please post about my deck, I would like some advice on what I should switch or do differently. I made this deck with cards I actually have.
I would add {Life from the Loam} and or {Crucible of Worlds}. Let me look at some things I may have more advice later.
I would recommend adding some tutor effects like {Vampiric Tutor} or {Demonic Tutor}. As well as a couple more mana ramp.
I suggest adding cards like {Golgari Rot Farm}, {Golgari Guildgate}, {Overgrown Tomb}, {Evolving Wilds}, and {Terramorphic Expanse}. Although you may be only running 2 colors it can be helpful to shuffle the deck every once in a while. If you can get your hands on them I also suggest {Cabal Coffers} and {Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth}.
Edit: if you can't get {Sensei's Divining Top} you can use {Crystal Ball} in its place. {Sol Ring} is an other card that's a staple in EDH that's not to hard to get any more because of commander decks coming out resently.
I do actually have demonic tutor and golgari guild gate I will switch some cards out and update my list above, thanks for the advice its really great. Keep it coming.
You can't play {Beckon Abbaration}, its part white. If it was mono black you could, but its hybrid white
I fixed it on here and on my commander deck also, thanks I didn't see that.
Commander can be a tough format to start out in when your collection is just starting out - needing 100 cards, all different, and most of which will want to be rares, can be daunting when you're really limited. I hesitate to offer to many suggestions, because I don't know your budget, but here are a few cards and guidelines I can toss out to help you mold a successful EDH deck for Jarad.
1) if it's tiny, it should either produce mana ({Elves of Deep Shadow}, {Quirion Elves}) or love to die for you so you can sacrifice it happily ({Solemn Simulacrum}, {Yavimaya Elder}). There are a few exceptions of course - certain creatures have utility abilities that are just too useful to pass up. Your {Vampire Nighthawk}, for example, is pretty tiny in the EDH world, but his flying + deathtouch abilities make him a valuable blocker. Or {Acidic Slime}, one of the most useful 2/2's in all of EDH.
2) Jarad loves the unbelievably huge. {Ghoultree} is a fantastic start, but it's only one card - throw more mayhem into the mix with terrors like {Doomgape}, {Artisan of Kozilek} (or other Eldrazi), {Moldgraf Monstrosity}, or any if the possible 8/8s and larger out there. Most of them are pretty inexpensive, too!
3) Think about synergy - what cards will work with your strategy to make it better? Are you sacrificing a lot of creatures? {Reanimate}-type cards will let you sacrifice multiple times, or let you sacrifice your biggest creature without a care! Add {Savra, Queen of the Golgari} and your sacrifices become even more potent! Need stuff in your graveyard? Check out dredge, like {Golgari Grave-Troll} or {Golgari Thug}.
4) Staples. As many as you can fit. Colorless has your {Sensei's Divining Top}, {Sol Ring}, and various "mana rocks" like {Chromatic Lantern}. Green has your mana ramp ({Cultivate}, {Explosive Vegitation}, {Harrow}), {Birthing Pod}, {Garruk Wildspeaker}, and artifact/enchantment removal like {Acidic Slime}. Black has TUTORS TUTORS TUTORS! Board-sweep effects like {Life's Finale}, {Damnation}, and {Black Sun's Zenith}, too. And {Necropotence} if you're feeling spunky/want to be a target :P In green-black multicolored you have {Putrefy}.
I need to stop writing book-length posts. Hopefully something in there is helpful ;)
I do have a few of the cards you listed above like doom gape but the thing is the place where I play magic the gathering at we always have to use current cards so right now were using: 2011-2013 cards that are through that time made range. Which I think makes it even harder to make this deck above so can you all post recent cards that could help like (ex) gate crash
{deathrite shaman}
{maelstrom pulse}
{abrupt decay}
