{Geralf's Messenger} or {Obzedat, Ghost Council} copied by {Evil Twin}...will the twin get the undying ability and come bak just as evil twin? Same goes for copying obzedat, if the twin gets exiled, does it even come back still, and if yes, as evil twin? Or as obzedat?
This is really two questions:
In the case of Messenger and Twin, I believe that the Twin will come back due to the Undying, but it will be an Evil Twin, and it will have the +1/+1 counter, thus being a 1/1 creature. It can still copy something else, and still get the counter.
As for Obie, if the Twin copies him, they will both die due to the legendary rule. So he will be unable to flicker himself.
RESOLVED
If it clones an undying creature, it will come back with a +1/+1 counter and have the chance to clone something else. If it doesn't, it is simply a 1/1 evil twin. As for Obzedat, cloning one will kill it, due to the legendary rule. In the case that it doesn't, I believe the evil twin will exile itself and not be able to come back.
Edit: My mistake. It would come back, but as an Evil Twin, ready to copy something else.

Because a card that leaves the battlefield will come back as it's "natural" self. So, the twin will back as an "Evil Twin", same way a {Ravager of the Fells} would return as an {Huntmaster of the Fells}.
From the rules:
400.7. An object that moves from one zone to another becomes a new object with no memory of, or relation to, its previous existence.
Are you sure it will comeback I thought once the twin exiles its self it will no be able to come back.

The delayed trigger of returning it to the battlefield will go off, if the card was exiled by the first part of the ability. The game will check for a card exiled by its ability, and return it if it exists. This, however, will make the evil twin come back as if it were just cast, as an evil twin.
