What program should I use on my pc to sort cards and build decks then send it to drop box so I can import it to iMTG?

Why? You can create decks in iMtG already ;)

.dec files are supported for Dropbox decks import.

I know I can and I payed the $9.99 for everything and love this app, It's just alittle hard to build a deck on my iPhone when it has to load the picture every time and each card I add to the deck... Be nice if there was a way to add multiple cards at a time.
