{Personal Sanctuary} doesnt really do anything for me?
Budget in legacy terms maybe but you've got a lot of high priced cards in there... Still a $6-800 deck.

{Karakas}x2 is $200 on their own and I count 5 other cards ({Elspeth, Knight-Errant} and {Crucible of Worlds}) that are $25 each. That's $325 mid value before you add all the $5-20 cards.
Just sayin, Legacy is an expensive format.
I didnt realize that {Karakas} was so much money
