I believe that the cards I only show their price after a database update once you've tapped on the card and viewed details. This means I'd have to tap on every card in my deck to see how much it's worth. Is there a way to download all non-foil prices of cards?

Settings and Tools -> Database Maintenance -> Offline Cache.
