Okay, you'll need more early game defense while you're settin up for your dragons. If we've learned anything from Jund, it's that goblins are good for that. {Dragon Fodder} and {Mogg War-Martial} give you more chumps.
Ditch the {Dragon's Claw}, unless you want it for flavor. {Warstorm Surge} is too pricy when you'd rather be casting a dragon instead.
Weenie clearing effects like {Pyroclasm}, {Earthquake}, and {Slagstorm} can help battle more aggro decks. The dragons will win games, they don't need auras. More DD. There should be 4 {Lightening Bolts}.

Oh yeah, pitch the {Hellkite Igniter}, he doesn't perform well with so few artifacts.

They are weak, {Wall of Fire} is okay. But the goblins are your defensive line. Cannon fodder. They aren't meant to attack, only to hold the fort and keep you alive until you hit 5-6 land and you can start dropping dragons. They're expendable. There's also  recent instant that lets you sac a creature for a bunch of mana. I forget the name.

{infernal plunge}. I believe it's a sorcery though. Also {ruby medallion} and I would consider {koth of the hammer} his second ability allows you to double your mana for a phase could get yourself a dragon a little sooner. Also maybe a {geosurge} or two cost is kinda high but you could put out a 6 or 7 mana cost dragon on turn 4. I also agree you need lots of goblins they will hold the fort for you until late game. Plus with the goblins you could Invest in some {voracious dragon}'s. That would be a lot of fun

Don't dis goblins they will also give your dragon like roughy mentor he gives all red creatures first strike

BJ had it: add Goblin fodder, leave out Hellkite, PUT IN {LIGHTNING BOLTS}! Lol

It's expensive, but {Dragonstorm} works wonders In Dragonvale. Sneaking {Kaalia of the Vast} might help, but that is stretching it (in terms of adding W and B just for one near weenie and having an ability that is half wasted, but thought I'd suggest anyway).
