So there is a weird bug that the forum has for certain idevices. I've checked this with multiple different iphones/itouches to confirm.
On the new ios 6.1:
iphone 5: works fine
iphone 4s : any forum section that has stickied threads, it only loads the stickied threads and you cant see the rest of the topics until you refresh the page or go into a thread and back out which refreshes it automatically.
on older ios:
iphone 4s: works fine
itouch: works fine
This has been tested with a few different iphone 4/4s and the same problem occurs on all of them that ive tried that are on ios 6.1. So there is something weird thats happening with those phones and the page refreshing. The iphone 5 always works fine, maybe because of the bigger screen and how the app sizes to fit the different screen sizes?
Does refreshing help?
Refreshing lets you see it normally but until you hit the refresh button you cant see all the threads, just the stickied ones. If a forum has no stickies then it loads fine.
And like I mentioned, only happens on the older iphones on the new ios. Old ios works fine, iphone 5 on new ios is fine. Just old iphones. Tried on a few of them and all the same problem

But why would it work on iPhone 5s fine and any iPhone on older iOS? Just happens on new iOS with older iPhones?
I'm pretty sure I've seen it on 5 too.

I have both iPhones. Doesn't happen on the iphone 5. And never happened on iOS 5 on my 4s or touch.
It happens all the times to the bottom ad on the main page on my iPhone 5.

What would it do with the bottom ad? Idk if that would be the same thing I'm talking about? It doesn't load past the stickies thread which is also where the ad is that splits between the stickies and regular threads.
The bottom ad nothing loads after as it's the last thing. My problem is nothing loads after the ad/stickies until I hit refresh.
I guess you could check if its the ads if they were disabled just to see if they were the cause?
The bottom ad should be followed by 49 pixels of empty space. On my iPhone 5 this space is quite often not displayed, same as the problem with the rest of the page after ads in other places.
Yeah I see that now. Another weird thing is that only in this help section it loads fine with the ad and stickies but none of the other sections.
Just weird that the ad would affect certain phones on iOS 6 but fine on the old iOS.
So yeah I disabled the ads and it fixed the problem so definitely the ads causing it.
You know you don't see the imtg store in amazon if you don't have ads disabled? I never knew that was there until I removed the ads.
The amazon thing I know of. Should I enable it for everyone?
Guess that's up to you. I personally don't think I would use it and it would take up more space on the screen especially on a phone. Maybe if you put it at the bottom of the forum so it didn't take up too much screen space with the ads.
Where do you get your cards from, if you don't mind me asking?
LGS mostly because I draft. Don't buy too many packs but if I do cheaper there. Singles I never buy at my lgs as singles I can get cheaper on eBay or tcg usually.
Do you shop on TCG via iMtG at all?
Haven't picked up too many singles lately besides a few killer deals on eBay. Now that I use this app a lot I would go through here if I bought singles on tcg because I use it to check prices all the time.
