{Domri Rade} seems out of place here. If you are gonna run him you'll need more creatures.
I had this same thought at first, but he is in fact right at home. Even though only 1/3 of the deck is creatures, every time I've dropped him I've gotten at least 2 extra creatures in my hand. It sure as hell isn't great card advantage, but in a Naya deck I'll take whatever form of card advantage i can get :p Plus his -2 is fantastic for killing off just about anything in a deck like this.

Trust me I know, I was running it for a while, but when it came down to it I just had to cut it for boros charm. Added reckoners in place of smiter a cause they are toooo good!
