What are you looking forward too in Dragon Maze?
Personally im curious what legendaries we might get thats not guildleaders!
Personaly, I'm looking forward to gruul. One of the flavor text on one of the cards really hit a nerve. And it's just, the more I read about the gruul, the more it creates a longing in me that makes me wish I was one. It's not the whole rampaging destroying stuff. It's the subtler points in the gruul descriptions that are really hitting nerves...

Any heads up on where the story is going?
My guess is either an all out war between guilds but that'd be rather boring.
Dream scenario: The guildless rise up with some sort of offworld/divine/unnatural power and the guilds will have to join up to fight it.
Oddball scenario: Rise of The Guildrazi?
Have any one heard same rumors as me that in Dragon Maze the will reprint all shocklands and instead of basic land there will be guildgate in each booster?
I have it from some serious source but stil cannot believe it...:(
It's confirmed, there will be no basics but the chances of pulling the lands is about 50-75% harder, they will be in dragons maze but aren't supposed to show up in every other pack.
Mhmm interesting way how to handle rare cards then...:D

At first glance i read "There will be dragons in a maze" and i was like, thats a stupid plot, until i read again ;D
Im just excited to see what that mythic rare land will be. I hope its not a lame mythic like that one from Avacyn Restored (looking at you, {helvault}...)
Edit: Dark Ascension. It's still a lame card.
I can imagine a possible way that land is....

Whenever Terraforming Plane is tapped, add two mana of any color combination to you mana pool. Terraforming Plane deals 2 damage to you.
That would pretty sweet. Im leaning towards something like that.

There's a land in RtR that lets you tap it for any kind of mana. Think they'll do something like that again?

{Transguild promenade}. I can see them printing something like that, that can be {farseek}'d or fetched.
The reprinted shocks will be printed with either a GTC or RTR set symbol respectively.

I think it will have something to do with guild gates. Maybe something like guild gates don't come into play tapped
Guild gates add 2 mana of any combination they could produce.
If you control 5 or more gates, creatures can't attack you?
Just found on Internet that the mythic land will be a win effect card. Probably something like if you control all guild gates, you win the game.
I'm hoping this is wrong, but thought I would share. Set is going to be extremely small too.
How big do you think DM will be?
I mean to fit in spells from all guilds with all keywords?

A land is considered a gate if it has the words:
Land— Gate
on it's typeline, so shocks are not gates.

Ah, I see. He's been hinted at so many times now that it would be hilarious if they didn't print him xD
I'm not looking forward to its prerelease looks like it will be a but crap, but it's card should be interesting of not spoiled before release.
If the set's a small one, I imagine they'd print less Rares and MRares, don't you? There's a certain ratio, isn't there?
As for plot, I personally think that whatever Niv-Mizzet's researching has something to do with the Planeswalker Spark; like maybe trying to fabricate it and activate his own?
I hope there's only one Planeswalker in this set; having two in a set smaller than 249 cards seems a bit...extravagant.

If that's the case, I hope it involves placing cheese counters on said card.
Or has something that says " when this land enters the battlefield, put a 5/5 Red Minotaur creature token with haste and first strike onto the battlefield."
Or a 5/5 avatar creature named Jareth.
