It looks like you're trying to kill yourself immediately with {Duskmantle Seer}. Better sources of card advantage that won't kill you: {Augur of Bolas} and {Snapcaster Mage}. {Staff of Nin} as well.

I was thinking about a fourth angel which is what I have now . I have play tested it and it works well with exception of the seer.

If u would like to play  {Duskmantle Seer} then u cannot play more then 3 cmc spells...;)

Yea I'll probubky run 4 revelation and 4 angels instead. Or should I increase board wipe?

I would play less of the angels... You should consider  {Restoration Angel} and  {Snapcaster Mage} and also  {Terminus} is better choice then  {Merciless Eviction}...;)

Anyway why there are  {Sands of Delirium} in this deck?

Ok what would be the reason of  {Jace, Memory Adept} here? Only wanna understand the deck..;)

Sands has won me most of my matchups. I can beat most other decks with this list. I still have trouble against Aggro though

1 more {Azorius Charm}, maybe {Dramatic Rescue}? Really see no reason this deck shouldn't beat aggro. Got enough draw, removal and other things.

Terminus is not better. Merciless eviction is versatile and still valuable in the mirror match terminus is not. Merciless eviction can destroy artifacts and enchantment something esper is notoriously poor at. And also silences jace tamiyo shenanigans. So in conclusion eviction > terminus

Miracle terminus wins for days.

That would work if I could actually top deck it. Unfortunately that doesn't happen.

I prefer {Terminus}. {Azorius Charm}, {Thought Scour} and {Think Twice} can all find one on their turn. {Merciless Eviction} is worse in the mirror because it costs 6. Leaves you with practically nothing open for the rest of your turn, and is just as susceptible to a {Dissipate}.

Happens all the time with my bant control.  Think twice wins.  I run 7 board wipes main and I have no problem with Aggro decks.  My whole meta runs Aggro.  I'm telling you terminus is awesome.  How many enchantments/plains walkers people use to really make merciless useful?    If you don't have detention spheres and o rings to get rid of plains walkers then you aren't running a control deck.  Lol

I think terminus is better if you can top deck it. Merciless eviction is good against zombies and decks that utilize undying. It is also very effective against reanimator and other control decks.

Terminus stops undying as well...;) the whole point is that eviction is six drop that u have no option to cast earlier... Terminus in right assembled deck is almost always played for miracle...

Any agrro will flush u until fifth turn... Good agrro will survive even one verdict...;) and naya agrro have no problem with verdicts and will kill u before ur 6 mana drop...;)

Can it beat mono red goblins?

Haven't tried. I haven't come across any standard goblin decks but since most goblin decks run mono colored creatures. Theoretically it could beat it. Just depends on there decklist

Agree with u...;) u should use the model that takes advantage of ur meta...;)

We can advise milion things but in the real game it can work totaly different...;) the best playtesting is FNM...;)

Control decks without green need a minimum of 25 land, maybe even 26 for this one. As a control deck there are two things you can not afford to do; mulligan and even worse miss a land drop.

If its control it has to run 26 lands.  Looks solid dude.  It just depends on your meta.  What do you have trouble with?

Opposing control decks when we get in a mill race although I win mostly. I will redo my side board this week though.
