I want to make a U/G {Primal Surge} deck. All creatures and enchantments. Could this work?
{Index} to help set it up. It could work with ramping but I don't know how well with just creatures and enchantments. Maybe play {crypt ghast} with {watery grave}s and {overgrown tombs}s.
...not to spoil your fun or anything. After reading the card you need to have non- permanents unless you have {fervor} in your deck. Because you are going to deck out sense it repeats the process every time it hits a permanent. So I recommend splashing red for {fervor}

Edit: as an after thought. Green has lots of big creatures with trample. I think I remember seeing a 15/15 somewhere...you could also use lots of EBT effects that really screw with your opponent. And find a way to play it on turn two to really make the opponent mad...you could even have creatures/enchantments that do stuff when things enter the battlefield and somehow send creatures back to your deck that have EBT effects creating an infinite loop to really piss your opponents off

Edit: keep sacing te wurm and it keeps returning to your library. You could create an infinite loop of getting 3 5/5's at a time!

False. It says "you MAY put it onto the battlefield," meaning you can end the process at anytime, saving yourself from decking out.
And how exactly could you just keep sacing the wurm to create an infinite loop of 5/5 wurms? You can't just sac stuff at will.
I run elves like this. {Master Biomancer} {Elvish Archdruid} {Akroma's Memorial}. If the opponent doesn't cause to much a fuss I can hit {Primal Surge} by turn 5 with either two archdruid s and some elves or arbor elves and an archdruid. The horror on your opponents face when you hit a memorial and 4-5 creatures and swing with haste and vigilance is delicious

There are creatures that sac other creatures. And if he wants to go vintage/legacy, there is a wizard that lets you sac creatures to send a creature back to it's owners hand.
Have a read of this, it might give you some ideas :)
