I made this when I started thinking about how hilarious it would be to win with an army of rats and/or assassins. I'll probably drop Vraska if I get serious about it.
I like how Pack Rat and Deathrite Shaman can work together, or I can Treasured Find to get back the discarded card. I like that black lets me flash back Lingering, which I couldn't do with my previous Selesnya deck. And, as mentioned, I really like the idea of populating rats and/or assassins.
Dude I play a b/u form of pack rats. If used correctly it's fast and fun. Varska is fun but a little slow. I used more control to limit my opponents options while I built a big field of rats. Maybe you could put in in {Orge Slumlord} for Varska he's standard and assists with tribal rats.
{Sorin, Lord of Innistrad}
Updated. I took the Sorin suggestion, thanks.
