My question is since avacyn doesn't directly target the creature would a creature with Shroud gain indestrucibilty

Souls like turn 4 against a {Kaalia of the Vast} edh deck. I play {omnath, locus of mana} so I cant complain too much, but she is freaking broken! I think if it could never be printed in standard without getting banned it shouldnt command an edh deck.
