Kinda involved to play, and there may very well be several alternative cards you may choose to use, yet here is a first turn combo that will leave your opponent reaching for an empty space where their deck had been.
T1: play a {swamp} and drop a {lotus petal}.
Tap the {swamp} to play 1 {dark ritual}, then use one mana from that to play a second {dark ritual}, giving you 5 mana.
Use 3 of it to cast {painter's servant} and {grindstone}, leaving you with 2 mana.
Use the {lotus petal} to give you 3 mana, enough to activate the {grindstone}, targeting your opponent.
Sit back and watch with an ever so slight smile as your opponent is forced to mill their entire deck.

Yeah, looks like I finally I have a use for those dark rits I picked up... Damn, now I need to find lotus petals lol

Lol, of course, you could also use a {mana crypt}, but I think those are a bit harder to come by than the petals.
