Hexproof only pertains to cards that say "target" so yes {lure} will make hexproof creatures block.  {doom blade} says "target" so it can not kill a hexproof.  {wrath of god} does not use the word "target" so it can kill hexproof.  FYI shroud works just like hexproof except the controller cannot target a shroud either whereas a controller of a hexproof can still target.

I broke it off.  :)

I'm guessing you are asking if a creature with hexproof has to block a creature with {Lure}.  Lure doesn't target, so the Hexproof creature still needs to block.

If that wasn't what you meant, then:
A) you can enchant your own hexproof creature w/ Lure
B) all oppoent's creatures would have to block that creature, blocking doesn't target
C) your opponent can't cast lure on your hexproof critter  (why would they want to? ???)

I think that covers all possible meanings of your question.  Good?

Is there a way to get around day of judgment or a wrath of god with out cancel or negate? Something like witchbane orb or of the like?

Anything that prevents destruction. Indestructibility, undying would both work here for example.

No color protection only works with preventing damage, preventing creatures from blocking, and targeting.

Yep!  Or as I like to remember it DEBT.
Protection from X means X can't:
Damage
Enchant/Equip
Block
Target

Just so I am sure I am understanding the sit.
I have a 2/2 green wolf token with death touch and lure my opponent has 2/2 hexproof, 5/5 protection green, 6/6, 4/5, 3/3.
All creatures have to block my wolf but does death touch work on the he proof and the protection from green, and does the death touch kill all 5 creatures?

(agian with the hard ass friend)

I pretty sure you would only b able to destribute 2 damage total.  So two creatures would bite the bullet except fit the pro green creature.  It would have to block but not receive damage.  Hex would die if you choose

tl;dr kill any one or two creatures other than pro-green.
Okay, here's the "play-by-play" (CR 506 - 510, I'm assuming nothing else is going on):

Attack Phase:
fast effects - none

Declare Attackers Step:
You - attack with 2/2 green wolf w/ {Lure}
fast effects - none

Declare Blockers Step:
Him - block with all untapped creatures (hexproof & pro-green don't apply since there is no targeting)
You - announce damage assignment order (you chose the order of the blockers which you're 2/2 is dealing its combat damage, this is not affected by hexproof or pro-green) Hypothetically, let's say you choose 2/2 hexproof, 6/6, 4/5, 3/3, 5/5 pro-green.
fast effects - none

Combat Damage Step:
You - announce how much damage is dealt, in order, to each blocker.  Attacker must deal at least enough damage to destroy the blocker before assigning more to the next in order.

Translation:  your 2/2 deal two damage.  With Deathtouch, only one point of damage needs to be dealt to a blocker to destroy it.  You can assign either 2 points to the first blocker (2/2 hexproof) or 1 point to it and 1 point to the next blocker (6/6).

All damage is dealt, lethal damage kills corresponding creatures.
fast effects - none

Any questions?
