Ok so if I play a {Soul Ransom} and the opponents creature and relsoulves but then he he plays a gruul charm (which states that you take control of all permanents you control). What happens?
You will gain control of your creature. Soul Ransom will still be attatched it it, and your opponent still controls Soul Ransom. However it has no effect; Gruul charm is a continuous effect, so until your opponent finds a way to gain control of your creature again, you have control of it and the Soul Ransom does nothing. You can, however, still pay the costs if you wish to activate the ability on it.
