If I have {secrets of the dead} in play and I flashback {tracker's instincts} from my graveyard, do I draw do to secrets first or do I pick up the top four cards for tracker's first then draw?
First in last out.
Instincts was the first to go on the stack (otherwise secrets trigger wont happen) the secrets triggers and is put on.
In resolution the last thing in was secrets ao that is the first to resolve
RESOLVED
You would draw first.
You flashback {Tracker's Instincts}, it goes on the stack.
{Secrets of the Dead} sees that you cast it from the graveyard, and its ability goes on the stack.
The stack resolves, provided nothing else is cast, and you draw your card and then look at the top four.
