Also, if I had to chose, I'd go {mulch} over {grisly salvage} in the main board. Yeah, salvage digs deeper but you won't end up tossing needed lands with {mulch}.

Fixed it a bit but idk what to do about this sideboard because idk what this has problems with even after testing it with 8 people hasn't had problems or lost

You don't necessarily have to have a sideboard if it works as is. Probably the best thing to do is take it to FNM and see what it struggles against and then build a sideboard accordingly.
